Refund and Returns Policy

At SnehBox, we take great care in crafting and delivering your gifts with love. Since most of our products are personalized or made-to-order, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized products (e.g. name-printed T-shirts, mugs, message-based gifts)
  • Products ordered by mistake
  • Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen display

However, we accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered

To initiate a return:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
  • Provide clear images or video proof of the issue
  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and returned only after confirmation from our support team

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A full or partial refund (based on issue) will be processed within 7 business days
  • The amount will be refunded to your original payment method
  • For COD orders, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer (you’ll need to share account details)
  • Note:
    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer product exchanges due to customization. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed for customized products
  • Non-custom items may be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us directly
