Orders & Payments

  • Orders can only be placed via our official website.
  • All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified for customized items.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your gifts within the promised timeframe, but delays due to courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
  • Please ensure the shipping address provided is accurate. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
  • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images or video).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
